Refund Policy

My Food Basket will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery as per your instructions (unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to delivery) due to non-timely collection or otherwise. Please select your meals carefully as no refund or exchange will be given. If a product is out of stock, the restaurant will contact you to determine if you would prefer a replacement or deduct it from your total order.


Wrong Food / Bad Food / Late Delivery: If you have received wrong food, bad food, or late delivery, you can contact the restaurant directly or call us on 01992 620 620 for a refund or replacement.


Change or Cancelation: If you think you have made the wrong order, you must contact the restaurant directly or call us on 01992 620 620 within 5 minutes to amend your order. Because the restaurant will start preparing your food immediately after your order confirmed by us. We can not cancel or refund your order once we start preparing your order.


All refunds or cancelations may take up to 10 Business days.


All order amendments should be made by phone call, we do not accept any other contacts, because it may take a long time for us to see and amend your order. And this may cause the failure of refunds or cancelations.
