• Terms like ‘you’, ‘your’ or ‘yours’ are obvious throughout our website and with that, we are referring to the person who is accessing the website and/or placing the orders at My Food Basket by either using the Website or any other medium offered.
• Similarly, terms like ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ and of course ‘My Food Basket’ refers to the company My Food Basket.
• ‘Goods’ and ‘Service’ or ‘Services’ refers to the items you purchase through our website and the service that we provide in order to complete the order that you have made.

Conditions of Ordering

• We can only complete orders that have been placed with respect to the restaurants mentioned on our website.
• For now, we are only offering the dishes that are advertised through our website. Soon we are going to elaborate on our variety.
• By placing the order and/or selecting the item off our menu, you have agreed that the order should be processed and delivery is made to your address.
• Online payments taken by us & transferred to the restaurant account. 
• In the case of online payment, we remain responsible for payment of your order and/or refunds. We are also responsible for the quality and quantity of food that is going to be delivered to you. if there is anything that is not according to your order, it will be returned and replaced or refunded.
• We are reliable for the online payments made through our website. If you do have any issues with your order and cannot solve it with the restaurant please contact us.
• When placing the order, you are requested to provide exact contact and other information that is asked of you. The company is not responsible for not carrying out the order if the details provided are incorrect.
• The prices mentioned on our website are the ones that are going to be applicable. If the prices are changed, they will be updated accordingly.
